Who We Are
More Than Motherhood is a fitness and community studio at 607 N Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030. We offer fitness classes, community programming, workshops, and studio rental.

Classes, Memberships, and Bookings
Registration and accounts
To book classes or purchase memberships, you will create an account through our booking platform, Arketa. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Cancellations and refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Class cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full credit
- Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law
We reserve the right to update our cancellation policy. Current policy details are available at the studio and through your Arketa account.
Health and participation
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk. You represent that you are physically able to participate and that you will inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before class begins.
We strongly encourage you to consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have any medical concerns.
Childcare
Where childcare is offered during select classes, it is provided as a courtesy. You remain responsible for your child at all times. Childcare availability is subject to change without notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of More Than Motherhood or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Photography and Media
By attending classes or events at our studio, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in our marketing and social media, unless you have specifically opted out by notifying us in writing. We will never photograph minors without separate written consent from a parent or guardian.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services connect to third-party platforms including Google Analytics and Arketa. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Than Motherhood and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
